Privacy policy

When you use the contact form, I collect the information you choose to share: your name, email address, company, budget, timeline, and message.

Anonymous, cookie-free visit statistics are collected through Vercel Analytics. If a cookie-consent banner is shown and you accept, Google Analytics may also be used for aggregate statistics — never to identify you or for advertising. If you decline, no analytics cookies are set.

For one purpose: responding to you — answering inquiries, preparing proposals or media kits you requested. Personal information is never sold and never used for advertising.

Form submissions are stored with service providers: Supabase (database), Vercel (website hosting), Resend (email delivery), and Google Workspace (email). Some providers process data outside Québec and Canada, primarily in the United States, where it is protected by contractual safeguards.

Submissions are kept only as long as needed to handle your request and follow up. You can ask for your information to be deleted at any time.

You can ask to access, correct, or delete the personal information held about you, or withdraw your consent, by writing to the address below. You may also file a complaint with the Commission d'accès à l'information du Québec (CAI).

The homepage can display Instagram videos. Nothing from Instagram loads until you press play; at that point Instagram loads its player, which may set cookies and process your data under its own privacy policy.
